I ordered 2 sets ($120!!!!) back in the first week of March. Both Eid gifts. One for my son and one for a dear friend and their son. It's now the last week of September. OVER SIX MONTHS!!!
I had to create a ticket with them a week or so after the purchase to ask where the email of it shipping was only to get an auto reply from Abdulrahim Mansour - Director saying they can give 20% off or change to another set. I replied I’ll take the 20% off. Their reply, another auto reply from the same guy but this time offering 15% off or a switch to another set. I replied asking what happened to the 20% off and they said oh yeah, its 20%, so which would you like the discount or the swap?
As if it wasn’t clear the 2 times I already said yes to the discount.
I said ok, 20%, and can you tell me an ETA. No response. I had to email them again 3 times. Still no response from Abdulrahim Mansour - Director or anyone from Alif by way of the ticketing system or these follow up emails even after numerous follow ups with the last one demanding my money back all the way out to May 5th and still ZERO response.
I decided to reach out to their IG account on March 30 after 3 weeks of trying with Abdulrahim Mansour - Director. They were also of little help stating that I didn’t give any response to the 20% discount when it was in the email chain they screen shot and shared. But at least i had a human to discuss this with. I replied with the following 3 items.. I’ll take the 20%, when will i get it in my bank account, when do you expect you can ship it.
Their response "1: it might take upto 2-3 weeks. 2: You can get the discount right now, please confirm if you want"
They are literally asking me now for what has to be the 6th time if I want the 20% discount. Also, they have repeated a few times in the emails and chat, its either the discount OR the swap to another one. But after replying YET AGAIN yes to the discount they asked "WalaikumSalam, can you please share your opinion on upgrading your order".
Ahat was all on April 1st.
April 20th ("it might take upto 2-3 weeks") I messaged them on their IG that I haven’t heard anything at all from them about it shipping. They replied "Allow me to check with my team". and that’s the last I heard from them. I tried reaching out to them multiple times for another 2 weeks because they had my money still with no luck. I filed a complaint with my bank and got $120 from them while they investigated.
NOW FIVE MONTHS LATER i get the 2 items in the mail and was asked to leave a review... YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. NO IHSAN. NO COMMUNICATION. NO FOLLOW UP. AND LED ME TO BELIEVE YOU STOLE MY MONEY. YOU WILL NOT BE IN MY DUAS.
As for the set itself, it’s over reliant on stickers and the base is not supported enough the way they designed it, so the smooth tiles on top are not uniform. All in all a 3 outta 5 for the set. 1 outta 5 for the company, if i could give it lower i would.

I ordered the Kaaba set in Feb of 2026 and it is now almost June and I have not received the item or any messaging from the company. Do NOT order from this company.

I ordered in 2/28 as Eid gift but apparently has not yet been shipped. Was supposed to be picked up by carrier but not done so far. I have left message and emailed but no response . So I would give a minus star if there was an option to do that.

My nephew really enjoyed putting the Kaaba together. I hoped that it would occupy him for a few more days but he was really enthusiastic about it.

Excellent customer service, will buy again
